4. Wash your pillowcases at the end of every week

HEALTHY RECIPE: MACARONI SALAD 

 In A bowl combine the macaroni, celery, onion, parsley and tomato, . In other bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, vinegar, sour cream and salt. Pour the dressing over the salad and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. and it's ready you just have to serve and thats's it..... YUMMY!
